These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed with Oxylanhyc.
Oxylanhyc is owned and operated by Nanjing Daizidong Technology Co., Ltd. These terms should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you may be asked to provide information including:
- Your name;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Billing information;
- Shipping address;
- Payment information;
- Other information reasonably necessary to process the purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete order and delivery information.
2. Order Review and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not mean that every order can necessarily be fulfilled.
Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, product availability, address information, suspected fraud, or other reasonable transaction-related issues.
If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we may cancel the affected order and refund amounts already collected for the cancelled items.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed on the website in the applicable currency shown during shopping and checkout.
The final amount presented before purchase may include the product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, or promotional adjustments.
4. Pricing Errors
Although we try to maintain accurate pricing, an obvious technical or pricing error may occasionally occur.
If an order contains a clear pricing error, we may contact you before fulfillment to explain the issue and, where appropriate, provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.
If payment has already been collected for an order that is subsequently cancelled because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Payment
Orders must receive successful payment authorization before they can proceed through normal fulfillment.
Payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout.
Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment service providers.
6. Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For eligible U.S. orders, Standard Shipping is estimated to take 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Orders of $39.00 USD or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
For orders below $39.00 USD, Standard Shipping costs $2.99 USD.

7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.
Preference-based return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility.
For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products, we will provide an appropriate solution without requiring the customer to bear additional return shipping costs associated with resolving our error.
Approved refunds following a return are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact service@oxylanhyc.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or been dispatched.
Once fulfillment or shipping has progressed to a point where the order can no longer reasonably be changed or intercepted, cancellation may no longer be possible. An eligible product may instead be handled under the Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
We do not charge an arbitrary cancellation fee simply for submitting an eligible cancellation request.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact:
Include your order number and supporting photographs or videos where relevant.
We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, return, or other reasonable solution.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing order information before checkout, including product selection, quantity, shipping address, and contact details.
If you identify an error after placing an order, contact customer service promptly so we can determine whether the information can still be updated.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Purchase is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection law provides rights greater than those described here, the applicable mandatory rights will continue to apply.
